Scent: I didn’t even notice that it smelled like vanilla in the tube. It smelled more floral to me which I prefer. It does smell more vanilla once you get it on.
Texture: It’s a bit thick. It also is a bit chalky. It skids across the armpit so you must press firmly to get it on.
Feel: it feels tacky and sticky on the skin.
Color: It’s white in the tube but goes on opaque. You don’t see a big white stripe.
Performance: It’s okay for an easy low-key, low sweat day. It didn’t perform on hot days for me. One day I noticed I stunk in one armpit but not the other. WEIRD. It also felt gummy. Not a good thing. Not a fan of clammy armpits. I didn’t feel it masked or prevented any odor either.
Overall: I got this in a kit but this wouldn’t be anything I would repurchase. I’ll stick (no pun intended) with my crystal deodorant.
