Here’s a photo of what it looked like with a full face of makeup on.
Scent: A little bit chemically, almost nail polish type smell. Not super strong and doesn’t linger.

Texture: Smooth and silky. It isn’t as thick as I’d expect a full coverage concealer to feel.

Color: I got the shade C3 to highlight and conceal the darkness under my eyes.  C3 – is for fair skin tones with a neutral undertone. The color was an okay match for the areas I wanted to highlight.

Performance: On first impression, I thought I was impressed with this product (I have very oily, acne prone skin with dry patches). It went on smoothly, blended well, and had a full coverage finish.

This was (pic above) about 20 minutes after application. I ended up having to blot and retouch with powder a few times.  I found that even with my holy grail primer, setting powder and setting spray it would separate and I’d be very shiny soon after application.

Then I thought maybe it wasn’t reacting well to the products I was wearing it with so I tested it out on it’s own. It did basically the same thing as before.

I’ve seen reviews comparing it to Tarte Shape Tape, and I see how you could get the same kind of finish with it but I had to use a bit more product to get the same coverage and had to touch up on my oily skin a lot more.

All in all, this wasn’t a bad product. I think it would work better for people who have a less oily under eye area. I think it would be better for covering blemishes on me but this shade was too light for that.

beautybulletins Editors note: I plan on trying this concealer in its new larger size on my drier more mature skin. So stay tuned!revb
