Well, as always, #1 is never pay retail. 🙂
#2. I’ll be adding retinol to my skincare routine. I’ve had some in my stash & now has come the time (& age) to get on it.
#3. Stopping hoarding mascara. I love a good sale but need to refrain from getting more than I have eyeballs for. I decided if I get a old mascara on sale (you never know) it would be reeeeealy old before I used it. It’s not fair to me or the retailer when trying to review a product.
#4. Using up one shampoo before I buy another. I love trying new things and went overboard so now my shower looks like retail shop. No more of that.
#5. Start a skin supplement vitamin. I’ll start with Skin Restoring Phytoceramides made from rice & wheat . I’ve taken them before & really liked the effect on the firmness of my skin. I’m also going to up my Vitamin C. It’s a collagen builder & retainer.
#6. Get better sleep. I know, I know, the beauty sleep thing. I’ve been reading some studies about sleep for weight loss. I’ve been an insomniac most of my life so I’m going to commit to try harder. I’ve found not all melatonin are created equal.
